The Anne Frank House in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, is one of the city’s best attractions. Although you will probably have to wait in line for a long time, it is a visit that you will always remember.
“I know what I want. I have a goal. I have opinions, a religion, and love,” Anne Frank wrote on April 11, 1944. A visit to this museum is incredibly moving. Equally moving is the role of Otto Frank, a man being a man, taking care and responsibility for the protection and well-being of his family.
Get there early. Expect a 3-4 hour wait. We recommend you go there at 7:30 a.m. for a 9 a.m. appointment. Otherwise, you really will have to wait 3 or 4 hours.
