The Houston International Festival is one of the most exciting, colorful, multicultural festivals Houston has to offer. Always in April, the Houston International Festival runs two consecutive weekends. Great music, talented artists, handicrafts from around the world, and tasty treats, this is a festival you do not want to miss!

Living Museum

The Living Museum: Buenos Aires

The Living Museum recreated a colorful street in Buenos Aires. Replete with activities for every age, festival patrons enjoyed making an artistic mural, adding their handprint to Cave of the Hands, learning how to Tango, learning the art of empanada making and more.

The International Festival offers an array of festive foods from all over the world. Argentine restaurants, including Tango and Melbec, added delicious Latin American fare and aroma to the air.

The Houston International Festival also highlights local and regional specialties. We tried the beignets and cafe au lait.
